Yes. The deposit ranges from AED 2,000 to AED 10,000 depending on the vehicle and is held on your credit card. It is released within 14 to 21 days after the car is returned, once Salik and any fines are cleared.
Every rental includes comprehensive UAE insurance. The deductible for each vehicle is stated in the rental agreement before you sign.
Most vehicles include 250 km per day. Additional kilometres are charged at AED 10 per km for supercars and AED 5 per km for luxury SUVs.
Yes — delivery and collection anywhere in Dubai is free of charge, 24 hours a day. Delivery to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah is available for a fee.
Salik is billed at cost after the rental. Traffic fines are charged at the official amount plus a small administration fee, always with evidence supplied.
No. Our vehicles may not leave UAE territory, including Oman, under any circumstances.
Absolutely. Message us on WhatsApp at least 24 hours before the return time and we will extend at the same rate, subject to availability.
Credit and debit cards, bank transfer and cash. The security deposit must be placed on a credit card in the main driver's name.
Yes. Professional English-speaking chauffeurs are available hourly, daily or monthly for any vehicle in the fleet.
Call us immediately on our 24/7 number, then obtain a police report — it is mandatory in the UAE for any insurance claim. We will arrange a replacement vehicle where possible.
